Hi, I'm Marko Balabanovic. A long time ago I studied AI, in the 1990s when things were very different. I've enjoyed seeing it develop. Even recently, noone guessed that machines trained to predict the next word in a sequence would be so ridiculously useful, surprising, terrifying and powerful. The WHIZZYIDEAS blog is a place where I'm collecting the interesting AI news I see. I decided that once a week I'll publish some of the more interesting things I come across.
